Terms of Service – Speaking Circles (2025)

General Terms (All Groups)

Eligibility:
Participants must meet the age requirements for their enrolled group:

• Little Speakers: Ages 6–12
• Growing Voices: Ages 12–18
• Adult Learners: Ages 18+

Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants under 18 and is assumed upon purchase.
Discord access for minors is granted to parents/guardians by default. If a parent wishes for their teen to join
the Discord server directly, they must email srilalitakalasala@gmail.com
to request and complete the necessary consent paperwork.

Program Dates

• Start: June 9, 2025
• End: September 2, 2025
• Breaks (No Sessions): July 3–5 and August 2–10, 2025

Session Format & Access

• Each session is 60 minutes and held live on Zoom.
• No recordings are provided.
• Participants may attend any session appropriate for their age group at scheduled times (see below).
• Drop-in purchases grant access to a single live session.
• Standard & Premium Pass holders may attend unlimited sessions during the term.
• Access ends September 2, 2025. Future offerings require separate enrollment.

Premium Pass Includes

• All Standard Pass benefits
• Downloadable flashcards + pronunciation guide
• One-time-use 10% discount on other Mayuri Group offerings (excludes merchandise)
• Adults only: Two private 40-minute coaching sessions with Dr. AJ

Refund Policy

• Drop-in sessions are non-refundable once the session has begun.
• Standard & Premium Passes are non-refundable after access begins, unless a group fails to meet minimum enrollment.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

• A minimum of 4 participants per group must enroll by June 5, 2025.
• If this is not met, we will attempt to place you in a suitable alternate group.
• If no placement is possible:
  • Drop-in buyers will be refunded.
  • Standard & Premium Pass holders will be refunded in full.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Speaking Circles are designed to support neurospectacular and disabled learners.
If you need accommodations (early prompt access, live captions, adjusted pacing, etc.),
contact srilalitakalasala@gmail.com before enrolling.

Note: We cannot provide replays or asynchronous options due to the live-only structure,
but we will work with you to ensure meaningful participation.

Little Speakers (Ages 6–12)

• Class times: Mon–Fri at 5 PM ET & 8 PM ET
• Parents register; Discord is for parents only
• Communications are directed to parents/caregivers
• Premium includes child-friendly flashcards & pronunciation guide

Growing Voices (Ages 12–18)

• Class times: Mon–Fri at 12 PM ET & 9 PM ET
• Parents register; Discord is for parents by default
• Optional teen Discord access with signed consent
• Premium includes bonus tools, no coaching sessions

Adult Learners (Ages 18+)

• Class times: Mon–Fri at 11 AM ET & 10 PM ET
• Premium includes flashcards, pronunciation guide, and two 40-minute coaching sessions with Dr. AJ
